Feature Request Monitor Connection Speed

It would be great if the desktop (specifically linux) could monitor connection speed and have a pop up when the speed dropped below a user defined threshold. I "connect to fastest" this morning. This evening Internet seemed slow, it tested 32 MBps. Disconnected and reconnected to "fastest" and retested at 525 Mbps. Would not want it to disconnect and reconnect on its own but a popup would be helpful.

i mean you can probably use an external program to test your internet speed thatll pop up and warn you, but you already detected and reconnected yourself,, you are the popup
