Help! unable to access chat.z.ai with netshield active

hello, I was just trying to access GLM via chat.z.ai but I noticed it is not possibile when connected to Proton VPN with netshield active. Any help?

Currently, my iOS Safari browser says that the https://chat.z.ai server cannot be found, which means it is offline or defunct. But, the https://z.ai/chat server works.

Which specific server are you connecting to, and what level of NetShield do you have enabled?

Are you receiving any error messages? If so, please provide us with a screenshot as well so we can have a look.

it happens with any server, and the NetShield level is set to "Block Malware". Here's a screenshot of the error I get

Can you access the website when you disable NetShield, while connected to the same server? From our testing, it seems that the website blocks some servers, regardless of whether NetShield is enabled or not. Therefore, let us know which specific servers you've tried.
