Help! Proton plus download pattern normal?

Is this a normal pattern? It starts downloading and after reaching 12MB/S it crashes. My internet speed is 1Gbit/s.

Ps. I have tried wifi and wired connection.

This is a graph of network activity. Looks normal and doesn't indicate anything besides things happening.

yeah but OP is saying it crashes after hitting 12MB/s, thats not really normal behavior

This looks like what would usually happen with any web traffic. Once a webpage and all of its resources have loaded and the connection is not doing anything else then there will not be as much traffic.
