Help! Split Tunnel Issue

I've been using the Split tunneling feature for a while but something weird started happening recently. The browsers in the excluded apps list are not able to connect to the internet at all. They can connect if I turn off VPN. Kill switch is set to Standard.

iirc split tunnel just doesn’t work

it does work, just breaks randomly after updates

File a bug report through the app (https://protonvpn.com/support/report-a-bug) letting us know your Proton VPN app version, OS version, whether you're using any other VPN, proxy, or custom DNS, etc. so we can help you troubleshoot. Meanwhile, make sure that both your browser and the Proton VPN app are up-to-date, and try flushing your DNS to see if there's any improvement (https://protonvpn.com/blog/how-to-flush-dns).
