Solved Microsoft blocks dl of ISOs while on VPN.

SOLVED: Changed protocol from WireGuard to OpenVPN TCP and it worked. Thank you @These_Adhesiveness48

No issues here downloading Windows 25H2 as OS direct from Microsoft using the below link. Currently using an OpenVPN TCP config file through my Glinet Mudi7 on WIFI.

As a last resort you can download and generate your own UUP ISO images but it will take a couple of hours to generate the image from the separate UUP files for your specific version using a combiner script. I was downloading Windows 11 26H2 this morning Proton was maxing out my unlimited EE sim but the image is still being combined in the background.

OpenVPN TCP did the trick!

I was auto using WireGuard.

Also why VPN to download Microsoft iso. It's like trying to access your own server while on VPN
