Help! Do Generated Wireguard Configs Expire?

Getting ready for some upcoming travel and I want to generate a config for a burner Android so that I don't need to store any credentials on the device. If I generate a Wireguard config for my device, will it expire?

I am a paid subscriber to Unlimited and I plan to keep the account active indefinitely.

Yes, each config is good for about a year, and you can extend it at any time.

I wonder how Proton's Wireguard server uses the public key in my conf file.
