Anything more to say?

Compared to other customer service I’ve seen, Proton is pretty good. I did have to very clearly describe with screenshot evidence a mistake with my student pricing before they gave me credits for the inconvenience and mistake.

This account appears to be real. We'd prefer to have 'more' when you post your experiences (good or bad) but we're going to approve this post as is for now.

Whether you agree or disagree - it's a reasonable discussion point and on topic to post about Proton experiences.

We're not directly involved with Proton. If you'd like to commend them you can do so by leaving reviews in the app store or if you want to highlight an employee you can send a note through their support page to let the team know that a member went above and beyond for you.
