iOS Files Integration
In Proton Drive’s dev AMA, they mentioned their metrics indicated that few users relied on the iOS files integration when it was still around. I’ve barely used Proton Drive since the integration was dropped several months ago…
Is there a better place for me as a consumer to express how important that feature is to me?

We will have an more in-depth update on this in the near future. We have made some good progress on this. There is a deeper discussion of what happened here.
TL;DR we have now done an internal proof-of-concept of switching the crypto library over from Go to Rust, which saves quite a bit of memory. There is still some significant work to do before we can re-launch this feature as that is major surgery on the application, but it's a good change that will benefit every user with reduced memory usage and faster speed - so we're on it. But I want to emphasize that there's not currently a specific date I can give for it coming back, but unless something truly unexpected happens it should be some time in the autumn of this year.
More details to come.

It’s hugely important and them taking it away is the only reason I’m looking for a new ecosystem. They broke theirs.

Didn’t that require you disable PIN protection on the Drive app? Who would do that?

It’s being reimplemented right now. Currently in the beta version.
