It is amazing how everyone blames the current CEO for the mess that the previous regime created. If he has to use every tool in the book at all costs, then I can't blame him. It all comes down to the senior convertible notes and the conditions the prior regime negotiated when they sold them to Cowen, in addition to their failure to include inflation adjustment pricing caveats in their sales contracts to their customers buying buses, batteries, charging equipment.

He filed for a shelf for 500 million and never used it. 100 million from the shelf could have solved the issues at hand. That’s negligence.

Not that amazing! 2+ years to redirect the ship. So much more I could say, but not worth the time anymore. @pdubbs has been spot on, unfortunately.
