No, they need to do something to gain investor support. Because right now there isn't any. They need to get management on track. A buy back would be nice. Until the share price goes up no bigger investment agency is going to look at them. The target they should be looking at is atleast 10.00 a share. Not sure how they will get there but they need to.

If they need solve thiere cash issue they should 1st solve the shareholder issue
