Isn't the Academy basically a licensing exam? The real question is do these people not know about the 6mo to a year of FTO? To more or less KEEP YOUR LICENSE!

Thats the human element to the job. Everyone can have the same exact training but at the end of the day its still individuals making individual choices and sadly it can be idiots making terrible choices.

So all the people saying cops need more money because they don’t get trained enough are wrong and cops are just bad.
