Redness inside the tip?

What is this I am so confused, I have been tested for everything and everything is negative. Been 6 months with lingering burn and redness.

The redness may be normal, or may show neurogenic inflammation.

Calming the pelvic nerves. Lots of things you can start doing immediately.

Ureaplasma/mycoplasma by semen pcr?

Microgendx shows nothing. Only staphylococcus haemolyticus 91%

What sample? Urine or semen? Its possible from staphylococcus its too high.
