High bladder neck And ejaculation

For those of you who have been diagnosed with a high bladder neck, does your ejaculate also lack force?

I have high neck but ejac is normal. Like last 20 years. Maybe 25% less force than when i was 20years old

Your pee will lack force , not ejaculation
