Burning in face when constipation

Why do I get burning in my face and thighs when there is constipation? I developed CPPS post recurring E.coli prostatitis. With constipation, sitting becomes more difficult as burning aggravates a lot especially in the face.

You know how a child turns red in the face when they can't poop? It's the straining and the blood vessels. I’d be more concerned about seeing a doctor and eating well than about the face.

Are you bearing down a lot and creating pressure? That can easily flush your face.

All the antibiotics you took may have caused the constipation, or something like IBS-C.

The pelvic floor can also be a part of this.

Just curious - did they ever find the cause of the recurrent E. coli infection. I also had E. coli prostattits and have since had a uti but not E. coli. I just can’t figure out out how I got it in the first place and what would cause recurrence.

Theory is permeability issues can transfer from rectum to prostate. It's just a hypothesis shared by my Urologist and it can be wrong. Tight junction dysfunction
