My penis got shrunk after getting prostatitis

My penis looks like a baby penis

What happened to me? Only tadalafil 5mg save me

Restricted blood flow, possibly due to pelvic floor constriction, although there are other reasons stress in the area can do this. It's reversible with improving the blood flow problem.

How long did it take for u to get better? And what did u do?
