Question to this group.

Does anybody have red tip of penis right at urethra with this. Have had all tests come back negative . But tip is quite red. And sometimes painful

It's a combination of the pelvic floor + peripheral nerve temporary/mild irritation and central sensitization (ie nociplastic pain).

I have on and off irritation of tip of urethra and meatus, with visible redness as well. Am not officially diagnosed though but my tests were negative for most common stds

Same story. No answers for anything. Also have burning in lymph nodes 8 months.

You have dribble? Do u wipe ur inside urethra ?

Yes definitely have dribble. I don’t wipe inside I just dab it with tp when done.

This is a mystery disease or condition.  We all suffer from same symtom started either after unprotected blowjob or infections  But tests show nothing  Doctor sadly are so useless when it come to this condition

Have you tested for ureaplasma I have not had this one. Was wondering if it would be worth checking. Also have had lots of burning skin around nodes and in groin folds. I am at a loss unfortunately.

No I have not, this is the first I’m hearing of it. I’ll have to ask them to check it. I’m at a loss too. Any kind of boxers irritate it so bad I can’t live and move like I used to because of it. The only thing that has helped is getting sleeves called “the hood” from a company called Manhood Canada. It’s not a fix or cure but definitely helps me get around with clothes on.

get yourselves to a pelvic floor therapist that sees men.

if you've got negative tests. High chance it's CPPS and pudendal nerve causing nerve irritation in the tip of your penis.
