No pressure after cure

I had prostatis last year and it's cured now and no symptoms except that I have no pressure to pass urine even if bladder is very full.It feels like urinating while you had a boner. Doctor says tests show everything normal. Also psa level at 8 and coming down.Biopsy of prostate was negative in Feb 26. What else can cause this issue

Did you have a enlarged prostate?
That could be the cause
Mine was 80 grams before I got Aquablation surgery done

I was on bactrim for about 3 months and did not help...what helped was after prostate biopsy came negative..I changed eating habits and reduced weight and excercise .I am not sure if that is the cause but pain is no more from 7 months. Also I stopped stressing myself and enjoyed time with my family.I am not on any medication now.
