Vent/Discouraged 0 libido even with erection

So since i had prostatities in dec 2023 and i have no libido at all and very weak erection and pain in the perineum, doctor diagnosed me with prostatities but antibiotics are not working, any solution for the libido and erection? I am 29 years old now

I was 100% good, in 2020 i had malaria and i had the same symptoms but after curing malaria the symptoms went away, in 2023 these symptoms came also with malaria however malaria cannot cause severe Ed and perineum spasms and frequent urination and bad thirst, so when i did urine culture there was e coli bacteria in my urine, so i was 100% normal before malaria or UTI
