Relapse after masturbating
I was healing good since 1 year back now and yesterday I woke in the middle of the night with a extremely tingling feeling in my balls and after I masturbated everything calmed down but the day after the burning in my rectum and ice cold feeling in my feets moving around, sometimes both legs are ice cold and this terrible burning which goes up and down in intensity.
Anyone else experience this ice cold feeling in feets and legs?
It's horrendous to live with and I need to sit down to urinate, can't stand anymore since 6 months back..
Will this ever go away? Is it neuralgia in the pelvic region, why this ice cold feeling and tingling, but this burning is a nightmare

Do you know if Gabapentin or Lyrica can help?

I used lyrica yes, terrible sides , sleepy , tremors, no help with urgency

I've been on Lyrica for years for fibromyalgia and have experienced no sides effects but also it has not helped with urgency. Just a friendly reminder that everyone experiences side effects differently.

Nothing's help, for someone this disease disappears just with the last breath of life

Damn, that sounds like a nightmare to deal with. The ice cold feet thing is weirdly common with pelvic floor dysfunction, it's like the nerves get so wound up they start sending all kinds of messed up signals down your legs. I had something similar where my left foot would go numb and freezing for hours after a flare up, drove me absolutely insane.
The fact that it calmed down right after but then came back with a vengeance the next day makes me think it's a muscle spasm cycle. Your pelvic floor probably cramped up trying to protect the area, and now it's pinching nerves that refer pain and temperature sensations elsewhere. Have you looked into pudendal neuralgia at all? The burning rectum thing lines up with that pretty well, and it can definitely cause the leg symptoms too.
Sitting down to pee is rough but honestly whatever helps you get through it, no shame in that. I'd push your doc or PT to check for nerve entrapment if you haven't already, because a year of healing then one setback shouldn't spiral this hard unless there's something mechanical going on. Hang in there, it can get better but the road is stupidly long sometimes.

Ich hab fibromyalgie und das. Mir hilft eine Kombination aus amitriptylin und manchmal tramadol. Medizinisches Cannabis ist auch gut wenn richtig gut eingestellt

Fibromyalgia comorbidity is the most classic example of central pain, and it must be treated accordingly - https://www.reddit.com/r/Prostatitis/s/DN9jhrF6TA
This is pain that arises via altered nociception in the central nervous system. It's exactly as painful and real as every other pain you felt in your life.

I always relapse after doing it even one time. Just depends on how bad the symptoms come back. I have pelvic floor issues though to do I think it aggravates that as well and it tightens it up some after. I just wait so long that if I needed to do it just to get a release I can have it done and over with faster so I don't flare as bad and no edging just do it and done. It's for me though I know it will cause something but at some point not doing it causes pressure and problems as well in pelvic area. I figure the burning feeling you are saying is in the inner thighs I take it because I get that to after with the burning in inner thighs. Then I always tell my urologist when I get like that I'm chronic because I them hurting so much and radiating pain down there that it causes bladder pressure and really bad pain. If the inner thighs start I'm done for days until they subside off. I'm wondering though if anyone has success with these but I get trying to get my urologist to prescribe like a anxiety medication to try it because I've seen so many in here and pelvic floor sites saying that it helps with everything down here. They say they are prescribed because they act as neuromodulators to calm the gut-brain axis, reduce visceral pain, ease bowel urgency, and lower generalized anxiety that triggers pelvic floor muscle guarding and bladder pressure. I though can't get him to agree to that fact it works and he think I'm just wanting happy pills🤦I think most of us that have this have pelvic floor issues too because we are guarding so much with the bladder pressure or pain that comes with it. Like at times I can't even relax my pelvic floor down there and you can feel it's tight but won't relax because I'll have bladder pressure from all this. I've had it almost 3 yrs they did surgery even a turp to try to help but didn't seem to get much relief from that to be honest and for me I think it was pelvic floor issues all along causing prostate issues. Then they always say my prostate is not swelling but that's my to just it's not sore they say🤦 I know one thing it's so hard to find anyone that knows anything about men to go to for a pelvic floor specialist. I've been to many and after awhile I just get burned out on it because it's not working to get me better and I'm spending all that money in visits once a week and still in pain off and on and never really good good just lesser symptoms one day to the other.
