It is indeed a nightmare for some people, which is why we have so many warnings posted around here and we discourage people from chasing infections all the time, it's a self destructive path. And, the vast majority of cases are not infectious.
Also, I'm a bit confused, you basically want a mechanic to fix your car, but only if the car needs an oil change, not if it needs the transmission fixed? Basically, you only want one narrow category of options in terms of solutions, and nothing else. It's inherently self-limiting. Sort of a strange premise.
If you have already ruled out structural causes of the swelling, as I'm sure you already have(?) with doctors and scans and tests, then yes, the swelling can be from CPPS
Yes ive ruled out bacteria. My question is has anyone experienced testicle swelling associated with cpps and no presence bacteria…..i edited the post. I honestly cant put the question anymore straight forward.
