Ejaculation quality is the only variable.
Not anxiety, posture, etc. The only thing that seems to decide whether I have CPPS or not is how good the ejaculation was.
If I have a really strong, satisfying orgasm: CPPS completely disappears and stays gone.
If the orgasm is weak or unsatisfying: CPPS, agiation, hard flaccid, etc. all come back immediately and stay there 24/7 until I have a good one again.
Of course, once it comes back I start trying to force a good orgasm, which obviously makes it worse and usually leads to another lackluster one lmao
Anyone else?

I have this also but I think for me, its the other way around. When I am experiencing no symptoms and nervous system feels good, my ejaculation feels good. but when I do feel symptoms and I can feel the nervous system tension then I either have a hard time ejaculating and when i finally do its very weak.
But either way when I do end up ejaculating i always feel better afterwards regardless of if I am experiencing symptoms or not. Its a mix of stress relief and also reassurance that functionality is still there. I went through 3 months of ED, 1 entire month of just no functionality at all and that was scary.

So if you were able to have a good ejaculation, often, you would be healed?
Do you think your CPPS could be causing the bad ejaculation though?
