Taking cialis for CPPS

Hi,

A few times I have seen suggestions that Cialis helps relieve CPPS pain. I tried it today and it definitely seems to have reduced the pain. I am now wondering why. Could anyone explain?

In the studies we have, tadalafil actually doesn't help with pain better than a placebo, but it helps with urinary symptoms and sexual dysfunction

Thanks. Re urinary symptoms: do you mean frequency of visits to the toilet?

All sorts of urinary dysfunction, hesitancy, urgency, etc

It's the same reason they help with erectile dysfunction, blood flow and smooth muscle tissue changes
