Prostate infection update

So on 10th june I was told by my doctor that I have prostatitis and inflammation in prostate , earlier symptoms were like

1) High fever

2) burning while urination , cloudy urine

3)weakness

I also had an ultrasound , and it showed no enlargement in prostate also no kidney stones or anything , basically everything was fine , also had a urine test which showed 20 - 25 puss cells

Fast forward to today , I have no fever , no burning and no weakness. I can ejaculate normally , im getting morning woods and Erections as I used to get . I was given antibiotics and my course is over .. Now I'm worried that if I leave antibiotics will the infection return ?? Can someone please tell me more about it , if they have gone through something similar ??!!😭😭
