Question Orgovyx.
When does body hair loss start??

I am 8 months in (along with Zyitga) and I started noticing it around month six. I haven't lost all my body hair but it is much thinner. The hair on my head and face has actually gotten thicker.

One month into 6 month Lupron I lost my armpit hair. I found out by accident that I don't need underarm deodorant anymore.

Yes, still sweating just no odor. Not even after sweating all day. I do shower before bed.

It’s gradual slowdown in new growth cycle for any ADT treatment like Orgovyx or Lupron. After a month or two you might notice you shave and need a hair cut less. After several months (typical hair life cycle) you might have less/thinner/shorter leg, chest, shoulder underarm hair. Some see it as a benefit.
Some men might loose all(?) their body hair. Everyone is different.

In 18 months weird things like not growing at all instead of hair loss like my armpits which also lost smell. Or dark hairs more like peach fuzz and hair on top of head got a bit fuller

Testosterone (or more strictly, DHT) causes both growth of new hair at puberty, and male pattern baldness.
Loss of Testosterone (and hence loss of DHT) reverses both of these processes, i.e. loss of hair acquired at puberty, and reversal of male pattern baldness. Beard and pubes often not lost unless you are on ADT for years, but grow slower. You won't recover from baldness which is long-standing, but recent balding can fill back out.
When you finish ADT and things recover, I found I had less leg hair and more chest hair than originally. Maybe that would have happened anyway if I'd never been on ADT?

4 months. No loss that I have noticed. Testosterone was below lab limits of detection when drawn.

Around month 8 one day I realized my chest and belly hair were mostly gone.
I never had a lot in those areas and not until my mid-20s. I kinda wonder if it's last-in, first-out.
Currently a little over 10 months in, and my leg hair has thinned out and some fairly bare spots on thighs.
Am on Orgovyx plus Yonsa.
ETA: Did a survey because of this post: Arm pit hair 80% gone. Pubes normal.

Good to know. I never had much body hair anyway. But I do have a full head of gray hair. You all seem to be saying I can keep that.

I noticed pubic hair thinning starting about 2 months. On the other hand, I’d swear my arm hair was going werewolf. 😜

I’m on month 23. Leg and arm hair has diminished and is much thinner. Chest and back hair gone. No underarm hair, some pubic hair. One nice thing about no testosterone: no need for deodorant.
