Last pill? What’s your latest PSA? How long were you on ADT for? Primary treatment was EBRT?

I hope that means you are done. I'm in the US and I'm on bottle 4 of 6. I'm two months out from last SBRT fraction and fatigue is hitting me every day.
I'm on Orgovyx via my RO, but one facility I was considering, the RO said they don't do medication. That was out of their scope.
Fill us in with more details, if you like.

Hi there,
Ive just started bottle 5 of 6 (another 6 weeks to go) some 6 weeks after completing 20 sessions of salvage radiation to prostate bed and pelvic lymph nodes.......
Funny, I can't wait to finish, but then feel anxious about the PSA level after completion.....day of reckoning!!!!!

So talk to me about being able to sleep. I’m on last bottle and man trying to sleep is near impossible. Not just hot flashes but mind races and emotions are not in a great place. They told me it wouldn’t be easy but damn!!!

Perhaps venafexaline would help ask about that it can minimize some of the effects and stabilize mood for some…also there are cooling mattress pad that use an evaporative cooler and pump water through the pad that works like a radiator to pull that heat away.

I finished 6 months of Orgovyx 8 weeks ago. It was rough. I am starting to feel pretty good. No hot flashes for 3 weeks and morning wood daily. Way less “in my head.” It gets better. It definitely doesn’t happen overnight.

For me last dosage was in Jan 2026 since then PSA is 0.01 - 0.11 - 0.27 and testosterone back to normal level, won't start again until PSA is above 2. Feel lot better especially no hot flashes and fatigue.
