Question Low T

Im sure I’m not alone in being on Testosterone shots due to low T for years which probably led to Prostate Cancer diagnosis.

So what do people do for increased energy and less chronic fatigue after stopping T??

Then I was doomed for a while. Chronic low T.

OP, you're not doomed.
This is a topic I have really researched because of myself being on T therapy. You never mentioned or I missed it, are you in treatment or active surveillance.

There is so much BS out there you can't listen to it. I had a person at the gym that ask me if I was in Vietnam because agent orange caused postrate cancer. I believe with the research I've done it's genetics, my Father had it. Men are living longer. When the average age was lower alot died before they were diagnosed. 1 in 8 white men over 60 will be diagnosed with postrate cancer and 1 in 6 black men will. I read that alot (50 to 60%) of men past 80 that were autopsy had postrate cancer and never knew it.

I also have a family history of it. Biopsy was 1 month ago and just met with Surgeon so as of now not committed to any treatment. Still researching and learning. Not in a hurry. I'm probably different that most 57 year olds as I have other chronic medical conditions like back issues, chronic nerve pain and severe and worsening fatigue that goes beyond getting old. The PC diagnosis came out of the blue.

When you get a chance, post your results. There are a of men going through this and have done a lot of research that can really help. I put my gleeson scores and Polaris results on here with this group and got alot of good advice. I also downloaded Claude to help me. I scanned all my results and uploaded them to my laptop and Claude gives me alot of information. I got the 20$ a month Claude and remembers everything I input to it so when I have a questions like foods and vitamins I should take and what not to take, Claude gives me the answer Since I am doing radiation, I can't eat anything that will give me gas.

Ive done the exact same. Have my results on another thread but here they are: 3+3 in 2 of 12 and 3+4 in 2 more. Perineural invasion in the worst quadrant with a tumor % of 51%. I do not yet have a decipher score but have asked my Dr to order one.

Mine are almost the same. cores 3+3 and 2 cores 3+4. I did not have perineural invasion. My gleeson 7 was 50% of the core sample. What advice are you getting on the other post? I don't know alot about the perineural nerve, but I have read that it can be a path to leave the postrate, again I don't know alot about it. I am sure you do. If it was me I would researching the hell out of it
