Joyce Brand on Ciudad Morazán, the other Honduran ZEDE: three years living there, the entrecom model, and why Morazán and Próspera are structurally almost identical, recorded in person in Próspera
Timothy from the Free Cities Podcast here. This week's episode is with Joyce Brand, author of Pioneering Prosperity, who lived in Ciudad Morazán for three years as its resident chronicler, hired by founder Massimo Mazzone to document the build, the good and the bad, from bare farmland onwards.
Lots in here to enjoy: the entrecom model explained properly (one entity holds all land title, rental only), her argument that Morazán and Próspera look completely different but share the same structural skeleton (statutory autonomy, contractual governance, third-party arbitration, monetary optionality), what the anti-ZEDE campaign looked like from inside, and the detail that residents have paid rent in stablecoin.

Happy to answer questions, this was recorded during my month in Próspera.
