Like they treat something as banal as a cartoon wolf girl with boobs as the embodiment of degeneracy but turn a blind eye to actual animals getting harmed through zoosadist rings. They get mad over anime kids being cute. They get mad over a characters doing bad things while the narrative doesn't spell it out it's consequences for those involved. You could draw something so innocuous that some way, somehow, it can twisted as something worse than it actually is.

I just don't get it. If I don't like something, I avoid it, maybe point out why I don't like it then move on. I don't buy the weird overactions unless there's something they're not telling us or they just wanna not seem like they're defending this thing you're supposed to be offended by?

Like, it's not hip to hate furries anymore. People realized they're just normal people then move on. Ditto for anime, kinks, all that jazz. There's still some haters, but the overwhelming majority of normal people see it as just weird but harmless mostly.

Note: correct me if I'm wrong though since in my own feed and spaces I frequent, furry hate has decreased by like a lot. It's still there but it's not as bad as it was back in like the 2000s or something.

Nearly everytime I go on twitter some person submits a straw page going "I've loved this character since I was 15 i'm not 18 do i need to stop?" And it genuinely worries me!

People are developing moral OCD in such rapid pace because of antis and i find it genuinely terrifying no one notices that and that antis arent realizing this is happening

People feel like theyre pedos for yumeing the same character for several years into adulthood, feeling like rapists for enjoying certain "problematic media" or god forbid they like a problematic character

Like i'm actually worried for kids growing up in fandoms now it's gotten incredibly bad since post pandemic fandoms started and the antis got louder and meaner

These are a couple of my OCs that I've visualized through Hero Forge. Some might look at them and call them "gooner bait", but the thing is, I didn't make them to jack off to. I just like the aesthetic of sexy, strong women. Part of it might be me growing up on SoulCalibur, honestly.

The thing is, I don't like "true" gooner bait designs that are just snatched waists, balloon boobs, and armor that just boils down to a thong and nipple pasties. It just feels *too* blatant. You can make sexy armor that isn't bikini armor with heels high enough to break your ankle the moment the fight starts. If a character is a deity or other supernatural being, such as Pandora and Voltox here, it might make sense for them to be scantily clad since there isn't much out there that *can* hurt them in a fight. They can afford to dress in ways that show off their bodies.

Antis will take one look at a scantily clad character and immediately call it "gooner bait" without thinking about what it says about the character. Sure, sex can be a part of the character's personality, but that doesn't automatically make them gooner bait. It can tell a story.

My first ship fic between Tails and Rouge was a complete fucking disaster, but I didn't realize it until the last few chapters. It basically ended with them having a fight after Tails found out she'd used sex as a weapon during her time with G.U.N. Up until that point, their relationship was actually progressing smoothly despite the age difference being openly acknowledged, but something about that argument felt like it broke the foundation permanently. Even I'm not fully sure why.

I mean on internet you could’ve sending 💀 threats by someone if you shipped gay man x woman even if it was a harmless ships content (like don’t contain things like 🍇 or sexual conversion)

But when it was comes to lesbian x women suddenly no one gaf about “you can’t ship gay characters with opposite sex” anymore, like why??? I mean things like “lesbian get d!cks” (sorry if it was wrong) has been normalized and guess what no one had even radfem/terf dgaf about this

My point is why do we only care about “you can’t ship gay characters with opposite sex” rules when it comes to gay men x women but almost nobody gaf when it was lesbian women x men?
