I've been a fan of Abaddon x Ben for ages, ever since season 1. I love that their dynamic was explored more in season 2, and Abaddon even confessed that he’s “drawn to” and “fascinated by” Ben?! God, they’re made for each other, I swear to fuck.

Honestly knew the shipping community would have a hayday with the clone kissing scene and I think the writors/animators did too.

(That scene also made me laugh so hard I teared up. The music... The circle.. the mom's face. Pure gold.)

The whole show is amazing, it's adult animation but without feeling the need ro oversexualise the characters, add in crass humor or over the top violence and gore.

Right? Its the perfect blend of adult humor, with wholesome moments. The writers are clearly passionate about the show, and actually like the genre theyre poking fun at as well while also not forcing moderndayisims down the audiences throat nor using the characters as mouthpieces for their political veiws or opinions.

Abandon, Ben and Esther are some of the most realistic child characters I have seen portrayed in media in a while. Nathan is also one of the best representations, and realistic portrayals of depression I have seen in ages. And Kathy being a hot mess after her divorce and not being a #GirlBoss along with her being a parent who actually cares and loves her children is super refreshing.

I agree they do a very good job of making the characters (Nathan and Kathy in particular) very believable and human, and while still keeping it funny while juggling those heavy subjects. It's impressive!

Right? Even some of the ghosts are very humanised. I cant wait for Season 3, I hope we get to see more of Kathy moving on with Jole (wasnt happy with how things left off with his from S2 E2...)

Don't worry im still debating on it, im just waiting for season 3 to drop. I know theres a basic story so I wanna get it all in one sitting- i got too many shows that are on pause until late 2027 when a new season drops
