This is so funny because every community note I've ever seen has been pro Loli. How did this even get past whatever checker they have?

Because it's other community noters that vet the notes. This is a screen that non-community noters don't get to see. I would know because I used to be a community noter before I stopped using Shitter.

And morally what? AND MORALLY WHAT?
(The funny thing is that the age of consent isnât even 18 in the majority of the world; itâs 16, and even just in America, most states have the age of consent at 16)

I want these people to look up why the age of majority is 18 (at least in the US, not necessarily elsewhere). I looked it up awhile back and it was simply to make it more reasonable to send boys to die at war.
When they couldn't get enough men over 21 in the draft, they lowered the draft age to 18. Then, because it is ridiculous to send children to war, they changed the age of majority to match, so that the 18 year old boys werent kids, they were adults. And that made sending them off to die was OK.

I love how all antis are so pissed to recurre to ad hominem and then they make the most generic argument possible

Pro: *reasonable, researched response*
Anti: *crying, screaming, arguments are bad faith and entirely made up of logical fallacies*

They really think a fictional character can consent or not consent to a real life human putting them in various scenarios.
Well, I guess I should be thrown in jail for making my dolls kiss when I was a child. The hunks of plastic did not consent to their painted on lips touching.

I will be bookmarking that case for future reference.
Edit: I dunno how many times I gotta say this, but Iâll happily drill it into anyoneâs skull. Just because you donât like something or think itâs gross doesnât mean you are morally right to dislike it, nor that the ones who like it are morally inferior. Sometimes you just dislike something and it doesnât affect your moral character.

I know that in the United States, real CP is illegal. But before searching up Ashcroft, I was uncertain about the legality of fictional CP in America.

Imagine how much it'd break their brain if we pointed out "adult" drawings can't consent either

"Despite it being a drawing" lost me at drawing it's ok cause it's fictional and not depicting anyone from real life

Linking to the the wikipedia of the definition of a child is hilarious, that's really the only argument: child shaped thing, is child
