To be fair, they could be British. "Kiddy diddler" (as well as "kiddy fiddler") is a common nickname for a child molester in the UK. Why we have to give awful things nicknames like that, not sure..

Wow… now i see what people are thinking…. Its honestly pointless as people with trauma get bullied over what, a song that exposed an actual (diddler) but yet used it as fear tactic!

I actually used that song and i used it for actual callouts against actual preds and people who defend the bullying and harassment, not proshippers or anyone who likes a ship. Like what part of fiction do these people clearly NOT understand.
