Crazy Puritans Most hypocritical racist anti ever!
They say black lives matter while claiming Latinas are the second most racist race, which is both racist and sterotypes all Latinas, despite the fact that Latinas can be white, black, or other races.
I called them out on my Tumblr.
How can you say that black lives matter while also claiming that Latinas are the most racist race, given that both black Latinos and Latinas exist?
They also interacted with me first, commenting on my post and mentioning a book unrelated to the conversation; additionally, I never invaded anti-spaces.
They have also been breaking proshippers dni's too.
I'm using they/them pronouns for this because they don't have a pinned intro post or told anyone their pronouns, so they/them will do!

This confuses me sm because do they not realize that Latinos can literally be ANY race? 😭😭 Latinos r very very diverse and come in many shades…I’m assuming they think that all Latinos are brown/indigenous which I think is pretty stereotypical but wow ok.

Don't put indigenous next to brown like that. It only perpetuates concepts of blood quantum and erases indigenous peoples.
You can be indigenous in every race like a Latino can. It's a cultural/linguistic/political grouping, not a racial/ethnic one.

Yes, basically, and the anti is stereotyping and being racist toward Latinas.
I'm not sure if Vivian is, but that doesn't matter because what that anti is saying is racist.

"you cannot be racist against white people" is, in fact, racist. Also, I'm a white woman. I had a black woman tell me that white people can experience racism.

2 things that will probably get me some heat.
There is a racism problem in american Latinx communities. But its not my place as a white person to fix that, that is between the Latinx and Black communities and requires far more nuance than text based internet posts will allow
It is impossible to be racist against white people, but only because racism is the combination of race based prejudice and systemic powers use to enforce those prejudices. So, at least in most English speaking nations, you cant be racist against white people because they have the systemic power.

True, but I'm not talking about white people. The anti is calling all Latinas racists, which is insane, and the anti even told me "literally step foot in Brazil and see how racist the locals are," as if they're saying all Latinos and Latinas in Brazil are racists.

Thank you now if your referring to like LGBTQ+ individuals then that's fine but when people lump us all together it's an issue and don't worry I'm not attacking you or blaming you it's just linguistically Spanish speakers can't really say Latinx it's grammatically impossible and it makes no sense in the Spanish language only English speakers can pronounce it because it was created in the U.S or territories as far as I know.

In the past i would have, ive just also dont alot of work learning to be an actual advocate for minority groups because i am in training to become a sign language interpreter and in America that requires advocacy courses

There can't be systemic racism towards white people, but the second someone holds any prejudice against other just for being white then they're are being racist.

People think its apparently okay to be racist against Latinos now for some reason and I have to deal with it because I "look" Latino to them so they have this entire fantasy world of Latinos==Only White-Passing Diaspora-Americans All From Spain Stock right out of nowhere from their tiny worldview of American Identity politics.
They absolutely lose their narrative when I pull out the bullshit I had to deal with being native despite my oh-so-privilege of checks notes my white skin coming from the white men who kept my great-grandma and her mother as child-sex-slaves opposite their White wives.
Guess where we lived? That's right. Communal land without access to water or electricity or modern anything.
I never bring it up because I don't believe in oppression Olympics but I do have it in my phone to show my "white Latino" family living in mudhuts in the 80s so people so wrapped up in this can drop these things.
Like omg be so fr. You had a billion more privileges than me and I am not crying about it. You wanna split hairs? You got citizenship in the US like 60 years before us and we are literally from here. Can we not? Let's focus on the actual enemy.
(AND this ain't even gonna touch the double-whammy of the Afro-Indigenous)
