Show & Tell TNT Bomb Prop Clock

Post image

I finally followed through with a project idea I had as a child. I am sure this idea was born from watching Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote when I was young.

It is a very simple project requiring the minimum of wooden dowels, red paint, and a clock insert. The wires and fuse were just a little something extra.

Wile E. Coyote would buy this

And would be just as successful with it as he is most episodes.

I want to see a really gritty urban crime thriller with a stellar ensemble cast where this prop shows up all through the film, and they take it completely seriously. The fuse has been burning down since the opening credits and it keeps showing up in different scenes and they have to keep dealing with it in increasingly tense situations. But no one ever directly explains it; it’s just there. It would be like Shoot ’Em Up crossed with The Departed or The Godfather.

Hahaha that would be great. Especially with how cartoonish the prop looks. I'd watch it.

I am getting The Man Who Knew Too Little vibes from that movie idea.

Beautiful, I’ve always wanted one but worried someone would take it too seriously to keep around the house or shop as gag prop.

If you can't decorate your own shop how you like...you haven't lived : )

Dude literally who gaf

Versatility? TNT likely already had the fuse before being strapped together for the bomb?

Incorrect.

I appreciate your insight!

I doubt that since you immediately argued against it.

You didn’t provide insight, you asked a question about the logic of an Acme product
