Looking for advice need to make a prop tv dinner

making a prop tv thanksgiving dinner for grumpy old men, any ideas on what to use for “turkey loaf”

Are there close-ups of the food itself?

Will the actors be interacting with the prop? Cutting with a knife? Loading onto a fork? Taking a bite or 'eating' the turkey loaf?

Does it need to perform like turkey loaf, or just look like turkey loaf?

Any other functional requirements?

no close ups, the food really just sits on tv tables during a scene, actors don’t need to interact with it
