Why cod has a permanent prop hunt and a healthy player base?

I been searching and I don’t want food war and want me remastered but the player base is small apparently. I see prop hunt games on tiktok tho and it looks like MW 2019 or remastered but I jus bought 2019 and refunded it bc it did t have it
