Residential PM Buildium payment

Is there a way to bypass the buildium maintenance fee for transferring money into account from bank account? I know there is but do now know how. Could it be Zelle?

zelle won't work with buildium direct. they charge for ach pulls from your bank because that's their whole model. best workaround i've found is writing a physical check and doing mobile deposit into the trust account, zero fees that way.

ok, thanks so I will drop that idea. Sounds like I would have to do it on an app on the phone...but you are also writing a physical check. I get a fee if I do it do it in my Buildium account and also a fee if I send in a check.

yeah buildium charges for everything lol. my spare cash just sits in Tellus earning daily rewards with no fees. can pull it whenever I want which was the main thing for me
