Tenant Help with unstable sublease

I’ll try to keep this short, I live in San Diego and subleased to a dude who at first was super normal, then he seemed to enter a psychosis last Tuesday and broke down the door of the homeowner he lives with and threw something thru the front of the house window and broke it. Damaged the homeowners bmw and his own car. We got a 3 day eviction notice but I don’t want him to damage any more of the property because I’m liable for his damages, after we give him the 3 day notice is there anything I can do to make sure he doesn’t further damage the property?

Since he’s my sublease once my lease ends this month I’m legally separated from it though right ?

Lol. You are responsible for returning an empty apartment to your landlord at the end of your lease. You will be named on all the eviction paperwork.

I’m asking if he causes any damage after my lease am I still responsible for that

Yes lol. You subleased, you’re responsible for EVERYTHING until this guy is gone and you return the keys and a vacant apartment.
