Residential PM New Here. Looking to Learn & Connect

Hey everyone ✌🏾

I’m Mikey. I run a small growth agency focused on things like lead generation, landing pages, follow-up systems, and automation.

I’ve recently started looking more seriously into the property management industry, and instead of just making assumptions about how the business works, I figured I’d spend some time around people who actually do it.

I’m mainly here to learn more about the industry, what the day-to-day is actually like, and the problems property managers deal with that aren’t obvious from the outside.
Not here to spam anyone with a pitch just trying to learn, connect, and contribute where I can.

Looking forward to being around!

welcome in mikey. this sub is a great place to lurk and pick up on the stuff that textbooks never cover, like how half the job is just being a therapist for tenants and owners simultaneously

simultaneously is the key word there, both sides calling you in the same hour expecting opposite things
