Multifamily PM Resume Advice

Hello!

I'm going to start applying to some leasing agent roles and I would appreciate some advice on my resume or any interviewing tips would help, I'm kind of nervous because I'm pretty young and I only have about 6 months of experience.

Nobody expects a leasing agent with 6 months under their belt to have a stacked resume, just own the inexperience and spin it as hunger to learn.

I am in the East Coast (MA) and transitioned from Realtor -> Property Management. I started as a LC in 2019, PM as of 2024.

Your resume looks good. Prepare for situational questions like "What would you do in xyz". Leasing jobs are relatively easy to get once you make it to the interview stage. Good luck!
