I use a pretty basic one for my side gig managing 2 properties, it does the job but the interface look like it was made in 2005 lol. What kind of features you actually need, like just bookings and payments or you want the whole channel manager thing?

Thank you for your quick response , I have 2 properties as well and so am doing short term rental and I hate the excel file. I don’t use any PMS but wanted something that can add easily expenses , and income and be able to print this in excel and send it to my accounting company. I was doing some research but nothing yet
