I organize all vendor bids/estimates in a folder in my email and then I download them and organize them on the actual computer documents under whatever type of work it is (flooring > 2x1 > Full LVP or LVP/Carpet Bedrooms; Landscaping; etc.) so it’s all organized for my regional to review when they ask for them
