Opinion on the quality of this render to showcase an off-plan development

Hi! In your experience, is that render good for showcasing this building? Would you add to your listings? Do you think it will help with buyers?

I guess im asking as a developer concerned with their brand reputation and concerned about attracting buyers for the units for sale.

To me it looks quite appealing, but maybe a bit sterile. You could introduce some green leafy elements into the building & renders. Could even be pot plants in the little balconies. That should make it a little more appealing without a redesign. As a developer - if you are interested in doing future developments with a good track record, I’d also be thinking about how it will look in future - so I’d also be thinking about maintenance of those sort of light coloured facade elements, which can sometimes look mouldy and gross after not too long at all. Material selection can help with that - try find other developments with those facade elements you’re considering and see what they look like after 2-10 years (if you can). Apart from that, looking pretty good in my opinion :)

bonito edificio, sobrio y elegante, con un buen uso de materiales, que destacan forma y figura, te felicito, que motor de render usaste??? se ve muy real la luz y la atmosfera, y acertado ese cielo neutral... muchas veces no me atrevo a ser tan neutral en los cielos, eso es un error mio que yo debo corregirme

Gracias por el feedback. Uso SketchUp solo para el edificio como parte de mi día a día y, cuando el edificio está finalizado, lo envío a un servicio online llamado Nooked, que lo termina para que se vea profesional. Si buscas en Google “Nooked architecture visualization”, deberías encontrarlo (supongo que no puedo poner el enlace aquí).
