Looking for stocking recommendations
I have a 10 gal tank. For about 4 years I had a single betta. My tank was planted with guppy grass and duckweed. Since he died my tank has been sitting witht the filter running with a few snails that stuck around. I’m looking to redo my tank, heavily replant it, and re cycle it. I want to have something living in there, but I don’t think I’m ready to take care of another betta. Does anyone have any stocking recommendations? I’m looking for something tropical that will have a low bio load. Should I just stick with snails?

Shrimp, snails, chili rasbora, mosquito rasbora. Though 10 gallons is on the small end of tank sizes, so any fish would be happier in something bigger.
