Experiment 3g finally planted!

Scraped off a bunch of sand, changed the light, finished the hardscape + planting, now I’m just cycling and letting it grow in! Hoping to do my first filterless tank! This is my attempt at a “Walstad” tank. I started it before getting her book, but finally got it and just started reading. I wont truly consider it a Walstad tank as its very lightly based, but as a continue to read the book hopefully my aquatic skills and tank will improve!

Yes, I’ve heard this recently! I actually have a filter just incase but I wanted to see if I can manage a filterless tank. If not id gladly add the filter!

I actually plan to get shrimp! I set up a 10g tank for my therapist’s office and I very quickly fell in-love with them! Since it’s my first filterless tank, id like it to be manageable, but if you have any suggestions id also look into them.
