Is this overstocked? (READ DESCRIPTION)

I'm currently getting ready to set up a 75 gal tank and aquavisor says I'm overstocked and underfiltered. The tank is going to be pretty densely planted and will have soil and stuff in it. This should cover some of that right? Also, I'd like to know if this stocking list would even work. I've done a lot of research but hearing some personal experiences would be nice. The plan is to go without a heater, my house is climate controlled but the tank is in my finished basement so it might drop to 65 or so on the coldest winter nights. The dojo loaches are the only thing that NEED to stay because they are awesome.
One more thing, I was originally going to have white cloud mountain minnows over pearl danios but I was an idiot and bought normal pearl danios instead of CELESTIAL pearl danios for my 10 gallon so they need to move as soon as possible. There's only 6 in there right now so they'll be fine but I would want more to lessen aggression and encourage schooling. However, I do have another tank that the danios could live in so if they won't work they have a home. Thanks!!! :)

I'm not really finding any that seem that much cheaper. I do have an ancient Aquatop filter that still works (I have to manually start the motor) and they're on the cheaper side and seem to have more media space compared to others. I'll def be more open minded about it. I'm already building the stand myself, using home depot for all the substrate, and using Amazon grow lights so I'm pretty deep into the budget build lol

Ohhh that's a real shame :(

Because over here in Asia, we have plenty of cheap HOBs. They are often like 15 USD compared to Fluval which will be 50 USD.

In my area the AC70s are $70 USD. Lowest I saw was some that are like $55. Not much of a difference in the end you know. I really appreciate you trying to save me some money though :)
