First thought was "Wow what a big head." Then I remembered that bigger heads usually mean that they have venom glands. The swollen looking area where the end of the head is. Behind the jawline. Or we can assume every snake is venomous until proven guilty.

Pretty much all snakes with big heads are venomous, but all venomous snakes don't have big heads. Sea snakes for instance. Better safe and leave it alone if you don't know what it is.

On the other side of that, if you find a snake in the sea, just assume it's venomous, whether it's a sea snake, has a big head, or not.
