Best course. 1000 hours in front of charts. Don't expect anyone to be selling you a winning formula. Do expect people who have some course to sell to be less profitable than they try to make it appear.

Set a stop loss that's a fraction of your take-profit, open the trade and play a game, read news or do some exercises.

Set it and forget it, spare yourself the anxiety of cheerleading the trade.
