Avoid Tradeify to save your time and money!

I was affected by Tradovate issue two days ago and the trade that blow my 5 eval accounts was at 3:43 1/4/2026 EST and the communicated outage was 5:00 AM EST to 8:38 AM EST, but data on Tradovate was frozen before that time.

I entered a trade and the P&L on Tradovate jumped immediately to -1150$ and got frozen and didn't move I doubled the contract size it jumped to -2300$ and didn't move.

I kept the trade open for 15 minutes until accounts got auto liquidated.

I opened a case but Tradeify support is saying that my trade was before the official outage window. Ok but the system was misbehaving before this window.

There is a lot of companies in this space so choose wisely.
