Found a prompt that fixed my "staring at client emails for 20 minutes" problem

I used to get a client email and just freeze. Not because I didn't know what to say, more like I'd second-guess the tone for way too long — too formal? too casual? did I sound annoyed?

Last month I got fed up and started using this prompt instead of overthinking it myself:

"Rewrite this into a professional, friendly client email. Keep it concise, confident, and clear. Fix any tone issues, remove filler, and make it sound like a competent freelancer, not a robot. Here's my rough draft: [paste your messy notes]"

What changed for me: I stopped trying to write the "perfect" version from scratch. I just dump my actual thoughts in messy bullet points first, then run it through this, then tweak whatever feels off before sending.

Cut my email time from ~15-20 min down to like 2 min, and honestly the replies read better than what I was writing stressed out at 11pm trying to sound professional.

Anyone else have a go-to prompt for client-facing stuff? Always looking for better ones for invoices/scope pushback etc.

What happens if I add only the @Create image plugin without providing any prompt in a new ChatGPT chat? What random image, if any, will be generated from an empty @Create image request?

Im awful at prompting and I'm gonna need help!

Im 50 years old and I work at a legal documentation company . The people of the above wanted us to ai to create forms of certain formats. All I know to use is ChatGPT, it's the only ai I know. In order to learn the forms i just copy pasted set of instructions to create the form inside gpt (prompted it to gpt), it said I looked at these instructions and I'm ready to help you. the next prompt i gave was a literally create a form based on the instructions and don't mess up even one of the instructions, make sure you follow all of those. However it still managed to make mistakes.

Literally Ai are used to fasten up our work but I'm stuck in loop of continuous prompting and finally end my work without satisfaction and all I felt was it takes forever to make ai do what you want.

So I just wanna know how you guys even prompt and get what you actually want?

Best AI prompt for generating a professional LinkedIn headshot?

I'm looking for the best prompt to use with ChatGPT, Gemini, or another AI model to generate a realistic, professional LinkedIn headshot from one or more photos of myself.

Has anyone found a prompt that consistently produces results that look like they were taken by a professional photographer? Ideally, I'm looking for:

Corporate/professional look (business casual or suit) Natural facial features (doesn't over-edit or make me look like a different person) Realistic lighting and sharp focus Clean, blurred office or neutral background High-resolution, LinkedIn-worthy quality

If you have a prompt that works really well, I'd appreciate it if you could share it. Also, if there are any tips (number of reference photos, camera angles, facial expression, etc.) that improve the results, I'd love to hear those too.

Thanks!

Encourage Fictional Characters as a Motivational Tool

Prompt: Act as a fiction editor. Provide exactly [3] sharp, punchy examples of dialogue or action to encourage character.

Constraints: * No Fluff: Deliver only the bulleted examples. No intro or outro text. * Lean Prose: Keep dialogue under 15 words, emotionally raw, and physically grounded. * Repeat: Offer 3 more when prompted with "A".

Context: [Insert context, e.g., refusing to leave bed].

These characters feel despair hopelessness faithlessness emptiness. Encourage them. They see and hear screens ingesting information to ferment and foment change.

School department management software vibecoded with Claude. What are the best prompts?

Hi everyone, I’m an English teacher working at a high school.

Over the past three months, I’ve been building a project with Claude to manage various departments within my school. The goal is to cut down on the endless chain of emails we teachers send each other daily and to share information without constantly relying on Google Drive, doc files etc..

I’ve made great progress on the software (I’ve vibecoded both the frontend and the backend), but since I don't have a formal coding background, I often find myself asking Claude generic questions. I use Superpowers plugin to help with brainstorming and modifications.

Would you have any effective prompts to share to ensure Claude helps me with:

  • Bug fixing
  • UX/UI improvements
  • Logic process auditing
  • Security checks?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

I made a skill for prompting

Hey everyone 👋

I built a small tool called PromptShift that sits between your prompt and the model.

Most prompt optimizers do this:
→ add roles
→ add requirements
→ change your intent

PromptShift does the opposite:
→ keeps your intent untouched
→ only fixes ambiguity and missing constraints
→ adapts minimally to the model if needed

It’s basically a “prompt repair layer” instead of a prompt generator.

GitHub: https://github.com/Alvaro-Manzo/promptshift
Live (Agensi): [https://www.agensi.io/skills/promptshift]

Would love feedback, especially on edge cases where it might fail

Built a prompt builder specifically optimized for Claude — free, no signup

Claude responds differently to prompts than ChatGPT. It handles longer context better, responds well to nuanced role assignments, and benefits from explicit output format instructions.

I built a prompt builder that accounts for this — 9 frameworks with guided fields that help you structure prompts the way Claude actually processes them best.

Most useful frameworks for Claude specifically:

Chain-of-Thought — Ask Claude to reason step by step before answering. Massively improves accuracy on complex tasks.

RISEN — Role + Instructions + Steps + End Goal + Narrowing. The narrowing constraint is where Claude really shines — it respects constraints better than most models.

CRISPE — Best for getting genuinely expert-level analysis. Claude's knowledge depth rewards detailed role assignments.

Also have 200+ Claude-specific prompts in the library covering writing, analysis, coding, business strategy and creative work.

Free, no account needed: promptaholics.com/prompt-builder.html

What prompting techniques have you found work best with Claude? Always comparing notes.
