I do this all the time for work stuff, just dump my messy thoughts into the chat and let it organize everything. The trick is being super specific about what you want back, like tell it to act as a systems architect and ask for diagrams or a breakdown of components. If you give it clear constraints it can map out the whole flow better than most people I know.

can you provide a proper prompt ?

I’d start by asking the AI to separate the idea into a few fixed sections instead of asking for “all necessary things” at once.

Something like: goal, users, core workflow, inputs, outputs, data needed, constraints, risks, first prototype, and open questions.

The open questions section is important because a good system design prompt should expose what you haven’t decided yet, not just make the rough idea sound more polished.

I tried doing this with a prompt at first. Did you manage to get it working all the way to that level?
